Frequently Asked Questions Q: What are your guarantees? A: We guarantee absolute satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the end result, we will re-shoot any images you deem unsatisfactory. Q: Will you come to us for our photo shoot? A: Of course! However, it is always best to bring your products to our studio whenever possible. Q: How many pictures do I get in an hour shoot? A: The number of pictures shot in an hour is entirely dependant upon the kind of shoot. Images that require elaborate backgrounds or setting up take much longer than simple pictures. Q: How far in advance should we book your services? A: We advise all of our clients to reserve their shoot as far in advance as possible, however we do try our best to accommodate last minute bookings. | ||||||||
